Report improvements

Redesigned widget library: searchable, icon-based list of chart types (replaces flat grid of "Add" buttons)
Report name now auto-fills with today's date and edits inline
Cleaner header — back navigation now an icon button, less visual clutter
Widget cards restyled with clearer borders and smaller action icons
Widget config panel no longer blocks the rest of the editor while open
Simplified widget setup — view type now chosen directly from the library instead of a separate dropdown
